What do I wear?
If you have a lower limb injury, please either wear or bring shorts to your session. If you are coming for a sports massage, please wear shorts for a lower limb massage. If you wear a bra, a normal bra is easier to work with, but not essential. Please wear whatever is most comfortable for you. Draping will be used where appropriate in session to keep you warm and comfortable.
What should I bring?

How do online sessions work?
Online sessions follow the exact same assessment as in-person appointments. The only difference is that all treatment is exercise-based. I tend to find these appointments to be as, if not more, effective than in-person appointments because it decreases dependency on someone else to ‘phyx’ your pain, and teaches you how to listen and adapt to your needs - which is extremely empowering.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments will be taken at the end of your appointment. If you are using an online service, an online payment link will be sent to you ahead of your appointment. Subscription services will be complete via BACS transfer.
Will insurance cover my sessions?
Insurance coverage is currently only accepted for complex rehabilitation. We work with your case managers and solicitors to ensure care stays hollistic, and appropriate reports are submitted in good time (please get in touch for further details).
Otherwise, we do not bill insurance directly. This allows us to offer longer appointments, personalised care, and treatment plans based on your needs—not insurance limitations. You can still choose to submit receipts to your insurer for possible reimbursement.
What is the disability access/parking?

There is a slope on the entrance to the gym. Inside the gym, the clinic room and gym floor are all on a level access with open space. If you have any concerns at all, please utilise a discovery call to make sure we can accommodate your needs ahead of your appointment.
